Think about it....

Leadership is a hard thing to be done in kindness and responsibility by learning, action and most of all, being a good example.

It is not one thing that can be bought. It is not one thing that can be taken for granted.

i remember encountering the words "Along with authority, comes responsibility".

It is true, we are leaders, therefore we should always take into consideration the responsibilities which were atoned to us.

We cannot let them down.
